Secure target contracts. Protect margin through delivery.

Two ways we support FM leadership teams: building the solution and financial case that secures target contracts, and embedding the commercial governance that protects margin for the life of the contract.

Across the FM network

What we model, service by service.

Every service line has its own cost drivers and its own way of losing money. We price each on its own terms, then govern them together.

Questions

Key questions.

Do you only work on hard services?

No. Hard services is where Radix started, and it remains a specialism, but we price and govern the full FM network: cleaning, catering, security, waste, grounds, helpdesk and more, in one integrated model.

Do you write bids?

No. Radix focuses on the solution, pricing, financial model and commercial strategy, and works alongside your bid and proposal team.

Which specifications do you work with?

SFG20, NRM3, client-built and output-based specifications, across hard services, soft services and integrated FM.

Who delivers the work?

Radix directly, and trusted specialist associates where a project needs extra capacity. Every deliverable is reviewed and signed off by our founder before it reaches you.

How do you charge?

Usually by day rate, or a fixed fee for a defined piece of work such as an independent model review. Scope and cost are agreed before work starts.

Can you work under NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality is standard on every engagement, and one client's information is never shared with another.
